Upon signing up to use any system provided by the University, you may be voluntarily choosing to share personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, citizenship, education, professional experience and photos. We also collect information about how you use our systems and other platforms, which may aid you in obtaining other services within the University.

How Information is Used

We use the information we collect about you to deliver the products and services we offer, as well as to operate and improve our service within the University. We may therefore use your information to contact you regarding University updates, Marketing news, the conduct of surveys, or informational and service-related communications, including important security updates or server downtime.

The University may have third party software that connects to main databases which are used to provide services, identify trends, and distribute reports. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of similar platforms which may connect to our main systems so you can understand how they collect, use and share your information.
