Instructions for Vehicle Permit Application

About the process

• The St. Augustine Campus has been designated a no-thoroughfare zone. For details, please visit the Campus Security Website.
• Vehicles entering the Campus must bear a valid Vehicle Permit.
• All staff and students may apply online for a vehicle permit if they are holders of valid UWI ID Card.
• Staff who have not been issued UWI ID cards may apply through their department as before.
• A maximum of two (2) vehicles may be included on each staff/student permit.

Required Information

You will be required to provide vehicle registration (license plate) information for each vehicle being registered.

Access the Vehicle Permit System

Access to the Vehicle Permit System is available to staff with Valid UWI ID cards via the Campus Intranet https://intranet.sauwi.uwi.tt and registered, financially cleared students via the Student Portal http://my.uwi.edu. Permits for temporary staff, visitors or contractors must be processed through Campus Security.
